Reviewing your Employment Data Report can help you to identify what information may be inaccurate or incomplete. You can request a copy from your Mortgage Loan Originator or you can visit their website online by going to www.employees.theworknumber.com to gain access.
Call The Work Number Directly to Start a Dispute

If you believe your report is inaccurate or incomplete you can call Equifax at (866) 222-5880, when prompted select Option 2 to speak with a representative to help file a dispute and initiate an investigation.
Visit The Work Number Online to Start a Dispute
Step 3
If you would prefer you can also start a dispute online by visiting https://employees.theworknumber.com and clicking on Dispute You Data to initiate an investigation.
Step 4
The Work Number Will Investigate You Dispute
Once you have initiated your dispute Equifax will contact your employer to investigate, this can take up to 30 days. Once complete they will notify you with the results. If information needs to be updated in your employment data, they will work with your employer to confirm disputed data to ensure the correct updates are made.
