REQUESTING A
RAPID RESCORE

WHAT CAN BE UPDATED?
  • Accounts reported in error or derogatory information that was misreported.

  • ​Update an account that has been paid in full and is now closed.

  • Update a balance or paid-in-full status.

  • Update or remove a collection.

  • Update an account to show that it was included in a bankruptcy.

ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS
CREDIT CARD

Online account summary page with URL appearing (excluding AMEX, Credit One and Barclay) or a downloaded copy of the statement.

COLLECTION/CHARGE-OFF

Letter from creditor on letterhead that includes consumer's name, current balance/status, the date and at least a partial account number.

BANKRUPTCY

Letter of discharge and all schedules for bankruptcy.

HOW TO ORDER

Log into your online portal using your hard pull or soft pull credentials. Locate the file you are needing to request a rescore on. Select REQUEST REPOSITORY UPDATE from the ADD-ON PRODUCTS section on the right-hand side. From there select the tradeline, exactly how the account should be updated and upload the documentation from the creditor.
