How to Order a Credit Report
1. Log into the online portal using your login credentials for either your soft pull or hard pull account, depending on the credit report type you are trying to order. On the left-hand side click on Order Credit Report.
2. From there enter in the consumer’s information and double check that you have spelled the name correctly, the DOB is correct as well as the social. If everything is correct click the order button OR if you would like to pay using the consumer’s card check off the Pay by credit card box and then click order.
3. Once completed you will be taken to a new window with a copy of the credit report for you to be able to view the report and scores.
