Order SSA-89
(SSN) Verification
1. On the main Home page, select "Order SSA89 in the Fraud Detection section
2. Complete required borrower information. If you do not have one completed yet, you can download an SSA 89 form for your borrower to sign.
3. Upload signed SSA 89 Form by click Choose File. Once form is uploaded, you can complete the order by click the Order button in the upper right hand side
