How to Reorder Frozen/Locked Bureaus

1. Go to the current file number, you can access this by typing in the file number in the empty box in the top right-hand corner and then clicking the Go button.

2. Under VIEW REPORT on the right-hand side click on Reorder Frozen/Locked Files.

3. A pop-up will come up asking you to confirm you would like to continue, click ok. Once completed the system will go to another window, if the bureaus are unfrozen you will see a new report. If they are not, you will see this window and the consumer will need to call the credit bureau(s) again or go online to have their file(s) unfrozen.
